Deglem helps you track meals, estimate nutrition, set goals, and monitor progress. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must use Deglem only for lawful purposes and must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or its services.

Deglem is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare, nutrition, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant health, diet, or exercise changes.

Nutrition estimates, calorie goals, BMI information, and AI analysis may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should use your own judgment and verify important information.

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used in a way that violates these Terms or may harm Deglem, other users, or third-party services.

Paid access may be offered through one-time payment plans. Unless stated otherwise in the app, subscriptions do not auto-renew.

Access periods, prices, and available plans may change. Payment availability and completion may depend on third-party payment providers.

You keep ownership of the information and photos you provide. You grant Deglem permission to process that content as needed to provide app features, including meal analysis and account sync.

Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or that is illegal, harmful, or violates another person's rights.

We aim to keep Deglem reliable, but the app may be unavailable, delayed, or changed from time to time. We may add, modify, or remove features as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deglem is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions you make based on app outputs.

We may update these Terms as Deglem changes. If you continue using the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
